I lost 8lbs (124lbs to 116lbs) and then lost 2 more pounds in the following days. I remained at 114lbs after I started eating again, but I’m pretty sure I’m back up to at least 116lbs now - especially since I binged yesterday.

I Binged.
Wow, 13 days of not binging and I finally binged.
Surprisingly, I don’t feel overly guilty. It was more like a semi-binge because I didn’t feel COMPLETELY out of control. I managed not to down too much sugar.
With my normal meals, I totaled about 1200 calories.
My binge alone consisted of 1250 calories, bringing my total intake for today to around 2450 calories.
My binge consisted of…
- 2oz. almonds (340 cal.)
- 2 plain bagels (462 cal.)
- 2 whole wheat toasts (190 cal.)
- an avocado (225 cal.)
- a large tomato (33 cal.)
I’m going to try to focus on the bright side, because I will be more likely to binge again if I feel too bad about this.
Looking on the bright side…
- I got lots of healthy fats
- I didn’t binge on sugary foods like junk cereal or jam
- 13 steps forward, 1 step backward
- I got lots of fiber and protein
- My total intake is still under 3000 calories
- I don’t feel like puking
- Tomorrow is a new day
- I get to make new goals
- I didn’t eat so much I lost track of the calories consumed
Reflecting… Why did I binge? I was feeling stressed out and frustrated with my family. The bagels looked so good. Of course, the carbs… I always binge on carbs. :/
Binge free from Sept.7/10-Sept.19/10. Binge streak broken on the night of Sept.20/10.
I’m still proud of myself for having gone 13 days without any binging. It made me have more faith in myself.
I start fresh tomorrow. I’m going to make new goals.

Huge Dinner
Brunch:
- Apple (104 cal.)
- Bagel with lots of peanut butter (355 cal.)
- Baby carrots (42 cal.)
Total - 501 cal.
Dinner:
- 2 servings of almonds (299 cal.)
- 1 mango (187 cal.)
- Potato and egg soup (180 cal.)
- A lot of pepper and veggies cooked with oil (210 cal.)
Total - 876 cal!
*Total intake - 1377 cal.*

I only had two meals today. Two huge meals. >_< I’m stuffed. I didn’t binge though… I overindulged. (There’s a difference with the mentality… Overeating =/= binging).
Also, I got this huge bag of almonds for $5.00 today. I thought it was pretty pricey, but just calculated that there are 28 servings in there. So it was actually a good deal! :) I’m planning to have 1oz. of almonds everyday till I run out.
I’m trying to include a lot of healthy fats in my meals, so that’s why I’ve been eating a lot of almonds and avocado lately.

Lunch [203 cal.]:
- 1oz. almonds (170 cal.)

Aft. School Meal [241 cal.]:
- 1/2 peach (33 cal.)
- Toast with tomato & avocado slices (208 cal.)
Dinner [224 cal.]:
- Steamed kale w/ garlic & onions (224 cal.)
Intake Total: 956 cal.
I’ll probably sneak in extra fruits and veggies though. This is my basic plan for tomorrow though. :P

Unfollowing Spree
I just unfollowed over 50% of the people I used to follow. Please don’t take it personally if I unfollowed you!
I’ve been spending way too much time on Tumblr… Hours a day… I come home from school, and I feel the need to catch up on everything I’ve missed.
I may unfollow a few more in the near future if I still find myself glued to my dash. :p
I’ll still be posting regularly though, and I should have more time for that too since I’ll have some extra time from not going through my entire dash everyday.
Funny how I’m on Tumblr now, 7:10am in the morning, and I still haven’t gone to bed. Getting off now! ;p

Teeny Tiny Thigh Gap
Standing with my feet together, you can see a sliver of light between my thighs! :D Finally! Yay! For the most part, my thighs are still touching, but I really like that there is now a really mini gap between them. Before, no light shone through at all.
Off to work!
Edit: I just put on my work pants, and they’re a little too big now. Two weeks ago, I had to struggle to do up them up. … :D

Eating More and More
So without much effort, I’ve been eating more and more everyday. I guess it’s a good thing that I’m gradually upping my intake. I feel like I ate too much yesterday though. :/
I also ate a bagel and some cheerios. I planned to add in grains back into my diet today, not yesterday. I think I was definitely flirting with binging. I was afraid I was going to lose control and eat all the bagels. Good thing I fell asleep before I could eat anymore.
I woke up late today so I didn’t get to have breakfast. I’m planning to have some fruits and vegetables before I leave for work, and then I’ll probably have a whole wheat bagel with vegetables when I go on my break.
Sept. 17 (yesterday) intake: 1320 calories!
Sept. 16 intake: 603 calories

Q: I was noticing that you are counting your RMR, but the RMR calculators only show us how much weight we are losing if we rest or stay in bed for 24 HRS. I think you might be calculating your RMR inaccurately, I may be wrong....

Oh yes. So the RMR shows how many calories I would burn if I just rested the whole day. My RMR approx. 1250 calories, but many of those calculators also include an activity factor since most of us don’t sleep all day. Assuming I’m a lightly active person, I’d probably actually burn around 1700 calories a day.

Q: heyy i think i gained back to 120 lbs because I have been eating very craapy the last few days, binge upon binge. everyday i tell myself that tomorrow i will go back to fasting, but i never end up doing it. how can i make the fast easier on myself?? like starting it, and sticking to just water for 5 days?

Hmm, I think something that helped me keep to the fast was doing a lot of research on it. I wanted to get the benefits of fasting, and I didn’t want to start eating again while detoxing. Reading about the dangers of abruptly breaking a fast also scared me into keeping to the fast.

Is the fasting that you're doing hard? I mean when you first started were you very hungry or was it kind of easy? I'm pretty much in the same situation as you and I'm just ready to do something about it!!

Hello there. (: I have gone off the fast now, but I personally found it surprisingly easy. At least, it was much easier than I thought it would be. I wasn’t very hungry either during the fast. I may just have slow metabolism because I’ve read that fasting tends to be more difficult for people with fast metabolisms.
Good luck, and make sure to do additional research if you choose to fast!

I love looking at people's progress blogs of similar heights and weights because it's just so amazing to me that two people with the same height and 2 lbs difference in weight can have completely different bodies. Not Hungry
I never seem to feel hungry anymore… When I do eat, my stomach already feels full.
I don’t like to eat when I’m not hungry. It makes me feel like I’m overeating. Like there’s already enough food inside of me.
But I eat anyway, cause I should.
I guess my stomach shrunk a lot. :P
Also, I never posted my intake for the last two days, so I’m just putting them up here.
I didn’t really get to have breakfast or a lunch today cause I had to rush to school and was too busy studying at lunch.
Today
Intake:
Breakfast - piece of apple = 13 cal.
Dinner - apple, corn on the cob, cucumber = 235 cal.
Snack - 2 bananas = 218 cal.
Total: 466 cal.
